Content Strategist (AI Search & Community Insights)

Contract: 5 months (W2)

Pay Rate: $21–$28/hour (depending on experience)

Location: Remote – must be able to work West Coast hours

We are partnering with a leading global social media and online discussion platform to support their search and AI innovation initiatives. This role focuses on improving how users discover accurate, relevant, and engaging community-driven answers through AI-powered search.

Position Overview

The Content Strategist will evaluate and label AI-generated and community-generated answers to ensure high-quality results that align with user intent, cultural context, and platform guidelines. This position plays a key role in supporting machine learning training, recommendation algorithms, and overall product quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, label, and evaluate community and AI-generated answers for quality, accuracy, tone, and helpfulness.
• Apply policy and labeling guidelines consistently to maintain accuracy across content categories.
• Identify patterns in datasets and document detailed insights to inform product improvements.
• Compare and score answers side by side to determine relevance, clarity, and user fit.
• Provide feedback on what makes an answer “high quality” versus “needs improvement.”
• Support taxonomy and tagging system refinement to improve search relevance and categorization.

Required Qualifications

• Experience investigating, reviewing, or moderating digital content.
• Strong knowledge of internet culture, community-driven platforms, and online trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex labeling guidelines.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to document insights effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Experience as a content creator or curator on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram.
• Experience as a moderator or active contributor on online community forums.
