Primary Objective:
Build an understanding of our creative capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods; support the creation of high-quality deliverables and efficient project management.
Scope of Role
Day-to-Day Job responsibilities will include supporting medium-to-low complexity accounts/projects with manager support and observing high complexity accounts/projects for future growth opportunities. Tasks will include:
- Supporting timeline management and communications with operations teams.
- Supporting project setup (survey programming) for medium-to-low complexity accounts and projects, including learning to program in the Kantar Automation Platform, checking survey links, working with operation teams to launch surveys, and monitoring fieldwork progress.
- Supporting questionnaire development, design of sample plans, and crafting of analytic plans for reports.
- Supporting data analysis efforts and report drafts (often first drafts) for medium-to-low complexity projects.
- Learning how to use the tools available throughout the creative development project process such as dashboards.
- Attending client-facing meetings for learning and observation.
- Training will be provided during your first 90 days.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the research process at a high level within your first 6 months.

Essential Knowledge & Experience
- 1+ years of professional experience or strong internships; market research experience preferred.
- Strong process and time management skills.
- Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams.
- Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, creative problem solving, and logical reasoning.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools.
- Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, and ability to take initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines.

The salary range for this role in Illinois is $61,200-102,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors.
