Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 (based on experience) Bonus potential based on performance Paid vacation and personal time Opportunities for growth and leadership This is a full-time, in-office position in Wilmington, DE. Candidates must be local to be considered. Responsibilities Event planning, agent recruitment support, and internal events Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in marketing Familiarity with CRMs and real estate tools like KW Command, Canva, Google Suite, etc. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and timelines. Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, and accountable. Positive and calm under pressure. Tech-savvy and adaptable. Growth-focused, coachable, service-driven, and a team player. Business-minded, not afraid to take the lead and implement change.
