Job Title: Creative Production Coordinator
Employment Type: Temporary
Min Hourly Rate ($): 21.Max Hourly Rate ($): 24.Must Have Skills/Attributes: Fashion industry, Marketing, Microsoft Excel, Photography
Only qualified Creative Production Coordinator or Coordinator, Studio Samples & Props candidates located near Columbus, OH to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Responsible for meeting all deadlines appointed without compromising detail or appropriate quality of work
• Collaborate closely with key internal partners within Omni Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams
• Maintain of a complete and accurate Prop Library, tracking use and return of all items, and disposing of unneeded Props in compliance with company policies
• Partner with Sample Analyst to maintain a complete and accurate Sample Library, identifying and securing missing product, and disposing of aged product in compliance with company policies
• Pack, ship, track, receive and organize and maintain all materials for shoots, whether in Studio or on location as needed; Should you have any questions/concerns, please contact our HR Department via our secure website.
