We are seeking an experienced Paint Protection Film/Vinyl Installer to join our Kendall Ford Accessories team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, eager to learn, and possess good time management skills. This is not an entry-level position; compensation ranges from $20 to $30 hourly or a flat rate, depending on experience.

The job duties for a Paint Protection Film Installer include washing, polishing, waxing vehicles, interior vacuuming and shampooing, glass cleaning, engine compartment cleaning, touch-up of chipped paint and surfaces, tire and surface chemical treatments, and installing automotive films such as paint protection, window films, ceramic coatings, and flat glass films. All work must adhere to Kendall and manufacturer guidelines and be properly documented.
Work is primarily indoors in a shop environment. Frequent exposure to noise, dust, paint, cleaning solutions, and the use of hand tools is expected. Physical activities include bending, twisting, crouching, climbing, reaching, and occasionally pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.

Requirements:
- Experience in vehicle detailing within a dealership, large shop, or detail shop is preferred; training will be provided.
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and hybrids.
- Valid driver license and a good driving record.
