IGT is looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to be responsible for driving the strategic direction and day-to-day marketing operations, and support services for the digital lottery product with our customer at the Kentucky Lottery. In this role, the individual will be accountable for crafting and implementing the overall marketing plan for the digital lottery channel, building player base growth, and delivering on key important metrics.We are looking for a consensus-builder with passion, energy, and insightfulness, who can challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas and an analytical approach. This person pays close attention to detail to a growing portfolio of digital products for the Kentucky Lottery.Responsibilities
Formulate strategic growth plan for our digital lottery program and develop initiatives to deliver that plan in collaboration with IGT and Kentucky Lottery stakeholders.Define and implement marketing plan for player acquisition, activation, and retention.Act as the primary point of contact for the customer for all marketing, promotional, and content matters.Plan and present a promotional plan that will positively influence key KPIs while staying within budget. Define and implement a data-driven content strategy.Oversee management of the Lottery ecommerce website, including all content and product placement. Identify areas for opportunity to improve the digital user experience for Lottery players.Plan and implement digital lottery support policies and procedures with the goal of error-free operations and outstanding customer service.Coordinate with data analysts to provide regular, important metric reporting on product performance to Lottery.Identify industry trends and incorporate them into ongoing growth strategies. Challenge the status quo to bring new insights and approaches to the portfolio.Collaborate optimally with cross-functional team members to identify and implement customer experience improvements and issue resolution. Advance technical concerns appropriately.Qualifications
5+ years proven expertise in digital marketing or e-commerce. Gaming industry experience strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in marketing, business, communications, or related field required. Masters Preferred.Strong customer-facing experience with a focus on the customer lifecycle and lifetime value.Ownership demeanor regarding products and performance – takes ownership of problems, opportunities, and requests and finds solutions.Excellent time-management and organizational skills.Ability to communicate and build consensus among internal and external clients and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, give as well as welcomes feedback, contribute to building team spirit, and mentor others to succeed.Highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.Strong people skills: ability to interact with a wide range of personalities.Keys to Success
