Pierce RV and Marine Supercenter is currently hiring a RV Service Writer. Join the Pierce family and start your rewarding career! This position is crucial in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our service department customers. The RV Service Writer will handle the preparation of all paperwork, workload distribution, communication with both internal and external customers, estimates, and coordination with shop technicians and management to achieve a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Walk through customer issues and address customer concerns
- Write up work orders and manage customer interactions from start to finish
- Estimate price and delivery time for repairs
- Order parts and follow up on delivery and parts ordered
- Ensure service delivery times are met and all labor and parts are billed correctly
- Conduct active customer walk-throughs and delivery processes
- Collaborate with service, body shop, and detail departments to achieve sales goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
