We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented senior leader for our in-house Direct-To-Consumer Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will oversee and execute paid search, shopping, affiliate, paid social, TikTok Shop (including affiliates and ads), partnerships, and SEO programs to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions for Keurig.com, Commercial.Keurig.com, and the Keurig app. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Direct to Consumer Growth & Marketing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement best practices. The role involves testing value propositions and exploring new consumer segments to grow our subscriber base. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with practical execution, mentoring our in-house marketers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across channels. Manage marketing budgets aligned with profit outcomes, KPIs, and business goals, including forecasting and partner alignment. Optimize paid media campaigns across SEM, shopping, social platforms, TikTok Shop, and affiliate marketing, leading an in-house team to boost growth on Keurig.com and Commercial.Keurig.com. Analyze and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Partner with the Performance Measurement and CRM teams to leverage consumer journey insights for campaign optimization. Contribute to the SEO product roadmap and create content to enhance Keurig’s visibility in AI search experiences. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and monitor search trends to identify growth opportunities. Use data analytics to refine customer segments and optimize marketing ROI, staying ahead of industry trends and technologies. Understand creative requirements for multimedia channels, with experience briefing and testing paid social and Google ad units. Manage and optimize paid search and shopping campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. At least 7 years of experience in paid search, SEO, and growth marketing focused on customer acquisition. Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies in B2C & B2B eCommerce environments. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Experience working with analytics, CRM, and measurement teams. Experience managing large marketing budgets across multiple channels. Proficiency in web analytics, SEO tools, and product feed management (e.g., Google Analytics, Brightedge, Feedonomics). Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Shop, Search Ads 360, and affiliate platforms. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams.
