CGC is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Senior Account Manager to join our growing team in the New York office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, a good communicator, and be passionate about the beauty industry. Contacts across print and digital space in beauty and wellness are essential. CGC’s US brand roster includes; Westman Atelier, Summer Friday’s, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Sarah Creal Beauty, R.This role is based in our NYC office on a hybrid basis. This role is required in office a minimum 3-days per week. Team structure: Reporting to an Account Director with support from Sr. Account Coordinator and Account Coordinator with team assistant ______________________________________________________________________________ Media outreach and pitching support for Account Director across new launches and core product support across brand roster Strengthen and manage relationships with key media with regular in-person meetings Team Oversight - oversee account team in overall administrative support, client workflow and account management Assist with the creation of both short-term and long-term strategies for clients Conceptualize creative mailers, send-outs, and new ways to elevate launches in partnership with both internal and external teams Support in event production across clients inclusive of venue research, vendor identification, guest RSVP management, etc. Creative thinking - Participate in brainstorming and active ideation to bring fresh, trend-driven, and innovative ideas to internal and external teams. Experience with managing external client relationships from a thoughtful and personable perspective ~ Strong Beauty media/press contacts preferred ~ Experience in event management and execution ~ Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal ~ Creative, proactive, and with the ability to employ initiative ~ Ability to manage budgets (agency and client) ~ Genuine interest in the beauty industry and the US media landscape ~ Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and industry analytical/monitoring tools e.g. Enthusiastic about supporting the growth of junior team members and interns ~Flexible Hybrid Work Environment (3 days in office per week) Generous Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays Summer Fridays
