Instrumentation & Controls Designer IIIKeystone Engineering Group, Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware.Keystone has cultivated a strong employee and client centered environment where employees are valued, respected, and supported.Our team effectively works together to deliver projects on time and on budget.Required Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field4-6 years of experience in I&C Design, Control Systems, or related rolesAdvanced knowledge of I&C Systems used in water/wastewater industryAdvanced knowledge of AutoCAD ElectricalUnderstands engineering contract drawings and control schematicsStrong knowledge of water and wastewater instrumentation and controlsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks, and show close attention to detailPossess strong interpersonal skills and approachability in demeanor to work effectively with peers and clientsOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to work with strict and competing deadlines on an ongoing basis Responsibilities:Prepare complete control panel calculations, drawings, I/O lists, Submittals, and O&M ManualsDevelop PLC wiring diagrams including motor control circuits under limited supervisionAssist in functionality checkout development with supervisionAdvanced use of tools using AutoCAD electrical and librariesApply advanced understanding of instrumentation and controlsIndependently prepare documentation of on-site control systems from site visitsApplication of spatial awareness for layout and design of control panel installationPrepare installation packages and field startup documents under limited supervision Provide technical decisions for discussion with Team LeadParticipate in QC review with the expectation that comments are limited and mostly pertain to advanced design comments and contract coordinationBenefits:Hybrid Work ScheduleTraining, Professional Development and Career PathingCasual Dress CodeEmployee Referral BonusHealth BenefitsCompany paid Life Insurance and Short & Long Term DisabilityPaid Time OffHolidays401K PlanPet Friendly EnvironmentOur Instrumentation & Controls Designers travel locally to client sites and occasionally have overnight travel trips for projects.Interested?
