Base pay range $50.00/hr - $57.00/hr Responsibilities Lead Experience Design: The Experience Designer will independently create and refine user experiences across platforms, with a focus on intuitive data visualizations and workflows. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with team members and stakeholders to align on goals and drive user experience initiatives. Simplify Complexity: Transform complex financial information into clear, user-friendly interactions, workflows, and visuals. Prototyping & Implementation: Develop detailed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation. Data-Driven Design: The Experience Designer will utilize data insights and research to make informed design decisions that enhance user satisfaction. Maintain Design Systems: Contribute to and help maintain our design system to ensure consistency and cohesion across all platforms. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in UX design or a related field, with strong skills in visual design and prototyping. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe CS, or similar. In-depth understanding of design systems and experience in maintaining cohesive design standards.
