RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager III.

Responsibilities:

1. Develops the marketing strategy, plans and events to create brand awareness and drive revenue
2. Performs research and analysis in order to define market segments and understand the competitive landscape
3. Establishes product, service and promotional priorities based on projected results considering overall short and long term returns against the assets and resources expended
4. Coordinates with other functional areas to ensure marketing priorities are consistent with corporate strategic and operational plans
5. Assesses market penetration and customer satisfaction
6. Creates and oversees production of promotional materials to support product and sales initiatives
7. Supports internal communications, marketing, training, motivational and incentive development efforts
8. Identifies and implements procedures and systems to ensure the company's marketing activities are consistent and as efficient as possible while meeting internal and external customer needs

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5+ years of experience
2. Project and Stakeholder Management experience
3. Marketing technical knowledge
4. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
5. List development experience
6. Cross-channel expertise

Nice to haves:

1. PMP certification
2. No bilingual Spanish/English requirement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
