The King's Academy, Inc., a private Christian, college preparatory, 2 years old -12th grade school, seeks an Photography and Photoshop Teacher. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Media Arts, The Photography and Photoshop Teacher will instruct students in the fundamentals of photography and photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator. The teacher may also have the opportunity to teach courses in other areas of Digital Arts, depending on their expertise. These could be Film, TV Production, Sports Broadcasting, Documentary, Video Game Design, etc. The instructor will support the mission of The King's Academy by fostering an environment of academic excellence and spiritual vitality.
The employees of the King's Academy are ministers of the Gospel and the successful candidate will possess a clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and must be able to demonstrate active membership and involvement in an evangelical local church. Candidates must agree to and abide by The King's Academy's Statement of Faith and Employee Role Model Standards. All instruction must include Biblical integration, according to the overall philosophy, policies, and objectives of The King's Academy.
