Overview
We are a Unique designer jewelry line looking for the perfect manager for our new Montecito location. Marisa Mason has been in business for nearly 15 years and we have a retail store in Berkeley, CA, as well as Santa Barbara. We are moving from Santa Barbara to Montecito and are seeking an experienced, organized, people person to manage this new Location and act as an engaged and enthusiastic brand representative. (Jewelry specific experience not required).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise retail staff
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Coordinate with our Berkeley team to coordinate merchandise and enhance sales.
- Organize store events
- Maintain relationship with Clients and create brand loyalty
- Assist with ordering store Merchandise
- Weekend hours are Required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, high end customer service, or high end hospitality, Styling, or jewelry sales
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and create a warm welcoming environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Creative eye for helping clients put together their collection
- People Skills: good at identifying customer needs and maintaining strong and long term relationships.
- Organized
- Sense of humor!
