Role Overview We are seeking a driven, experienced, and passionate Senior Marketing Director to lead our Olympic Games Hospitality marketing strategies across consumer and business audiences, with a focus on LA 2028 and input on Milano Cortina 2026. You will report to the SVP of Marketing for Olympic & Paralympic Games. Key Responsibilities
Create and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to drive ecommerce transactions and direct sales leads. Assist in go-to-market (GTM) planning with cross-functional teams. Generate pipeline and marketing-attributed revenue through lead generation. Oversee marketing activities, collaborating with the global Olympic Games Hospitality team. Coordinate with PR & Communications teams to activate press and talent opportunities. Build relationships with US Olympic Organizations, federations, and sponsors. Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing performance. Manage marketing budget effectively. Lead and develop a high-performing team. Qualifications
Proven success in consumer and B2B marketing, especially for live events or hospitality. Deep understanding of insights-led strategy, branding, storytelling, and performance marketing. Experience in direct sales, pipeline development, and revenue attribution. Strong collaboration skills with sales, tech, and operations teams. Experience managing marketing budgets end-to-end. Ability to leverage media channels to target high-value segments. Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
