Marketing Coordinator
LHH is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Boca Raton, FL. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating marketing materials for flyers, email blasts, and social media posts. This position is fully in office Monday - Friday in Boca Raton, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative duties as assigned, which may include organizing events, supporting staff, and collaborating with other departments
- Maintain brand standards to ensure consistency and quality for all marketing piece
- Assist with coordination, development and marketing of promotional materials.
- Prepare weekly email marketing communications
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications department on various projects, including drafting content, writing articles, and assisting with evaluating advertising plans
- Act as co-social media liaison contributing content and providing images for online promotion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in design or marketing/administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create marketing materials in Canva and or Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional organizational and record-keeping skills
