Base pay range $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr Job Title: Marketing Content Specialist Job Type: Contract Experience Level: 4+ Years LHH is partnering with a dynamic client in the Dallas area to find a skilled Content Marketing Specialist for a full-time onsite contract role. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing marketing team by creating impactful, brand-aligned content across multiple channels. Responsibilities: Develop, write, and manage content for blogs, emails, social media, and website to drive engagement and lead generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and sales) to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives. Optimize content for SEO and performance using data-driven insights. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets. Maintain brand voice and consistency across all communications. Analyze content performance and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 4+ years of professional content marketing experience, ideally within B2B or agency environments Proven ability to create compelling content that aligns with campaign goals Strong understanding of SEO best practices Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment Pay Details: $25.00 - 35.00 per hour The role is contract and onsite in Dallas, Texas.
