Role & Responsibilities:
Support the communication and marketing efforts of various departments by managing a comprehensive marketing calendar in close collaboration with Advancement, CEO, Housing and Real Estate Development, Asset Management, HR, and Resident Services. Support Ground Breaking, Grand Opening, Fundraising and Community Engagement Events to ensure consistent branding and leverage marketing opportunities. Coordinate award applications and other recognition opportunities across various departments. Maintain repository of stories, photos, brand items, templates and other content for use in marketing materials Gather information and draft CHW resident stories - may include interviewing residents. Manage updates to website content and reporting Own and manage the marketing calendar, collaborating with Advancement team members and various departments Create email blasts for newsletters and other announcements Coordinate event and program marketing and materials Support internal communications activities and initiatives Create new ideas, concepts, and promotions that increase brand recognition and integrity Create and schedule social media posts Monitor Social Media platforms and alert MCM to any issues Coordinate with the Advancement team to support the development and execution of digital fundraising initiatives, including assisting with the creation, management, and optimization of Facebook fundraising campaigns. Education and Experience :
Two-year degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar subject. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with MS Office programs required. Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, MailChimp (or similar email programs), or social media management tools a plus. Familiarity with affordable housing and/or social service sector a plus. Physical Abilities:

Compensation: It may vary based on skills, experience and qualifications. $25.00 - $28.00
