Position Summary

Duties And Responsibilities
- Architect a visionary creative strategy that blends storytelling, design excellence, and AI-powered innovation to elevate the brand and accelerate audience engagement.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of bold ideas, efficiency, and continuous learning while driving the use of AI-powered automation tools.
- Leverage AI-driven creative insights to optimize brand performance, using predictive analytics, A/B testing, and audience engagement data to refine campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of multimedia content across digital, video, print, and experiential channels, ensuring every asset meets the highest standards of creativity and strategic intent.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to craft integrated campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
- Ensure seamless brand consistency across all platforms by implementing AI-powered brand monitoring tools and design frameworks.
- Innovate in user experience (UX) and interactive design, creating engaging content that enhances customer touchpoints and fosters deep audience connections.
- Stay ahead of digital and creative trends, continuously evaluating and adopting emerging technologies that give a competitive edge in the healthcare space.

Experience And Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in creative roles within marketing, branding, or advertising, with a track record of building elite creative teams and delivering brand-defining work.
- Proven ability to integrate AI tools into creative processes for brand storytelling, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep expertise in multimedia content creation, digital design trends, and cross-platform content strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree in a creative discipline preferred.
- Preferred certifications for this role include Certified Brand Strategist (CBS); Project Management Professional (PMP); Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP); Adobe Certified Professional in Graphic Design and Illustration; HubSpot Content Marketing Certification.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.
