We're seeking a talented Senior or Lead level Designer to shape the future of a revolutionary on-chain trading platform, blending the best of traditional exchanges with the innovative spirit of DeFi. Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design. Strong expertise in WebFlow for responsive web development. Experience of Tailwind CSS for efficient web styling. Experience in integrating Discord for team communication and working with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). Understanding of multi-chain trading, asset bridging, and on/off-ramping UX. Excellent at crafting UI components (iconography, typography, color, and graphic design). Familiarity with current UX/UI patterns and best practices for Web3. Active in the Web3 space, demonstrating knowledge and immersion. Responsibilities Innovative Design: Develop engaging user interfaces and experiences, ensuring their effective implementation aligns with our strategic vision. Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, business development, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and efficient design solutions.
