We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic Event Planner to produce events from conception through to completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Events Planner
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Managing multiple tasks, deadlines, is crucial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and within budgets
- Works effectively despite minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
- Hyper organized with a strong emphasis on project management and schedule coordination.
- Meeting deadlines and efficiently allocating time is critical.
- Identifying and resolving unexpected issues that may arise during planning or at the event.
- Ensuring every aspect of the event is meticulously planned and executed.
- Adhering to budgets and maximizing ROI
Qualifications:
- MS Office proficiency
- Familiarity with event management software, website design, and other relevant technologies.
- Comfortable taking the lead on complex, multifaceted projects while juggling various moving
- parts.
- Familiar with creating, tracking, adhering to, and reporting to budgets.
- Meeting deadlines and efficiently allocating time is critical.
- Identifying and resolving unexpected issues that may arise during planning or at the event.
- Ensuring every aspect of the event is meticulously planned and executed.
- Being able to adjust to unexpected changes or challenges.

- In office position - Bothell WA
- Full time position

- Salary 65K to start with 3 month probationary period.
