What You'll Do
Own the client journey from first contract, design and construction Conduct discovery consultations to deeply understand goals, budgets, and timelines Communicate the value of our integrated design-build process with clarity and passion Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners Develop and refine a strategic sales plan in collaboration with the firm owner Create compelling proposals, communicate architectural fees, and help frame construction budgets Liaise with architecture and construction teams to ensure seamless handoff and project setup Maintain activity in CRM tools, track sales pipeline, and report on metrics regularly Stay attuned to luxury market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities
What You Bring
Proven success in high-value consultative salesideally in design-build, architecture, or luxury real estate Ability to communicate complex construction and design concepts with clarity and authority Experience with pricing, estimating is a huge plus Client-focused communication skills, from boardroom polish to on-site rapport High emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their vision Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with BuilderTrend and Microsoft Teams is a plus Must be based within 45 minutes of the Boston area and able to travel to client sites as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Full-Time Role with flexible structure and high earnings potential Commission-based compensation; potential earnings between $120,000$200,000+ Negotiable compensation - 100% commission, or base salary Generous performance bonuses based on successful build completions PTO negotiable - standard 15 days, plus 7 paid holidays Career development and growth opportunities within a highly respected firm Collaborative, tight-knit team with a shared commitment to quality and client service Opportunities to represent award-winning work that shapes Boston's residential landscape
