Visual Merchandising Coordinator
Assist in daily activities to aide in management of retail visual merchandising for all Landry's concepts. Support manager with daily tasks to support business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of visual standard of operations and assist in ensuring stores adhere to these guidelines.
- Create and manage seasonal and quarterly signage.
- Assist in fixture and supply sourcing.
- Create purchase orders, setup new vendors, and submit and track project invoices.
- Assist in resolution of issues sent to Retail Support portal
- Assist in the creation of store planograms and floorplans
- Assist in the evaluation of in-store visual merchandising execution, implementing techniques to enhance the product presentation and floor sets.
- Collaborate with inner department members to identify opportunities to enhance visual presentation and implement plans to drive results.
- Serve as a point of contact for stores, providing guidance on visual merchandising execution and troubleshooting as needed.
- Partner with vendors to obtain in store fixtures, collateral and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment across retail marketing efforts.
- Manage monthly content calendar outlining strategies and planned posts.
- Communication with store managers and support team
- Prepare for & participate in OOO with supervisor
- Execute special projects as required
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop), Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
- 1-2 years retail experience
