Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Foster mutual trust and confidence by developing the client-landscape architect relationship. Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct presentations and speak to the public. Proven ability to work in a team environment. Proficient knowledge of the following:
Site and building regulations and safety / ADA / FHA / zoning codes. Design techniques, tools, and the principles involved in production. Construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer appropriateness. Commonly used concepts and best practices within the profession.
Ability to graphically communicate design concepts as required by a variety of projects. Technical proficiency in the following:
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) AutoCAD Knowledge of 3D Modeling software (ex: SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) Knowledge of Affinity Photo, Designer, and Publisher
Satisfactory completion of a background screening. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in landscape architecture (BLA or MLA) Licensed Landscape Architect or working toward licensure. Preferred professional experience 0-3+ years
