Job Responsibilities:

1. Produce print and/or digital collateral based on the creative direction provided and maintain the creative integrity of the brand.
2. Produce high-quality assets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment under supervision of the design team.
3. Adhere to brand standards, using approved fonts, logos, and graphics defined in the brand guidelines.
4. Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for printing and digital applications.
5. Assist in organizing, monitoring, archiving, and maintaining files on OneDrive.
6. Consult with the design team to streamline production goals and ensure consistency across deliverables.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. Years of Related Experience: 3+ years related experience.
3. Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
4. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks from concept to completed production.
5. Demonstrated eye for design and typography.
6. Ability to work within templates and brand standards.
7. Advanced skills in layout and print production (preparing files for sheet-fed and digital presses).
8. Excellent communication, project management, and customer service skills.
9. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
