Senior Designer – High-End Residential Interiors Location:

Full-Time: M-F 9 AM – 5 PM Are you an experienced interior designer with a passion for high-end residential projects? Do you thrive in leading teams, overseeing multiple projects, and driving excellence in both architectural interiors and FF&E? We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in executing sophisticated and seamless designs that align with our firm’s aesthetic and quality standards. About the Role As a
Senior Designer , you will oversee the design development and project management of multiple luxury residential projects, from initial concept to final installation. You will lead a team, delegate tasks, and ensure that projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements. You will be a key collaborator with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants—ensuring our projects maintain the highest level of excellence and precision. Key Responsibilities
Lead and Oversee Design Execution Manage full project lifecycle, from space planning and concept development to final installation. Ensure seamless integration of
IA + FF&E , including material selections, custom millwork, and architectural detailing. Supervise and mentor the design team, delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient project execution. Represent the firm in client meetings, contractor coordination, and vendor relationships. Project Management & Leadership Demonstrate
strong leadership and project management
skills to drive multiple projects forward efficiently. Establish and oversee project timelines, workflow strategies, and deliverable schedules. Provide mentorship and professional development to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. Technical & Creative Expertise Prepare comprehensive drawing sets, elevations, RCPs, power/A/V plans, and material specifications. Conduct in-depth site analysis, ensuring design intent is translated effectively in construction. Manage material selections, budget tracking, and procurement from sourcing to installation. Maintain exceptional quality control, reviewing all design team work before issuing to clients or vendors. Qualifications
7+ years of experience in interior design
(high-end residential experience required) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture Strong background in
IA + FF&E , custom furniture, and material selection Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Why Join Us?
