Creditor Relations Negotiator: We are looking for talented individuals who have an aptitude for negotiations to join our growing team of Creditor Relations Negotiators. This position is focused around conducting heavy-volume negotiations with creditors and their agents regarding clients’ debt obligations. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a fast-paced, professional environment and has a genuine desire to help people in difficult times. Responsibilities: Negotiate, deliver and follow through to completion on client settlement offers and proposals between the client and the creditor Establish and maintain regular contact with creditors and their agents, such as creditors, collection agencies and collection law firms Review clients’ availability of funds in preparation for settlement discussions Assess client’s individual situations in preparation for settlement discussions Gather and submit required legal documentation for approval and completion of settlements Achieve and maintain performance standards as set forth by management Required Skills & Experience: Bachelors in Finance, Business or Economics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Able to adapt to changes on a rolling basis Self-motivated worker with a solid work ethic and competitive drive Strong interpersonal skills with ability to easily build rapport and maintain working relationships Strong attention to detail and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite No previous legal experience is necessary What We Offer: Compensation is competitive and commensurate with expertise and previous experience Training & Guidance 401K Benefits with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Promotion & Growth opportunities Bi-Weekly Office Breakfasts sponsored by the Firm Monthly Office Lunches sponsored by the Firm Quarterly & Annual Events sponsored by the firm Team Building Events Business Casual Dress Code This is a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Management Industries Legal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
