Head of Marketing
to lead Brimar's integrated marketing function. This role owns the full-funnel strategy, driving demand across e-commerce, outbound sales, inside sales, account-based selling, and indirect channels. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing multi-channel GTM strategies, blending performance marketing with sales alignment to create measurable pipeline impact. You will lead a high-performing team (internal and agency) across digital, content, brand, events, and product marketing—and serve as a key partner to Sales, Product Management, and the CRO. This leader must also champion Brimar's adoption of
AI tools and automation
to improve efficiency, scale content production, and enable smarter demand generation and qualification strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Performance Marketing:
Lead Brimar's digital strategy, focusing on e-commerce growth through PPC, SEO, email, and social media. Optimize digital funnels to improve conversion, retention, and ROI across customer segments. Manage internal talent and external agencies to execute campaigns across core platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email automation, etc.). Sales Enablement & Lead Generation:
Partner with Sales leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals and track ROI. Design and execute programs supporting outbound sales (email sequences, persona-targeted campaigns), inbound RFQ conversion for Inside Sales, and Account-Based Selling (ABS) by surfacing high-potential contacts and tailoring messaging. Build a robust marketing-to-sales handoff and feedback loop. Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Develop and lead a holistic ABM strategy that includes account-specific messaging, creative, campaigns, landing pages, and outreach sequences. Ensure ABM efforts are aligned across Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital channels for maximum impact. Channel & Indirect Marketing:
Develop strategies for demand generation for indirect sales, including joint marketing campaigns with distributors, co-branded content, events, and sales tools tailored for distributor and partner reps. Product & Content Marketing:
Collaborate with Product Management to build marketing plans for new and existing products. Drive creation of messaging, product pages, launch assets, and lifecycle campaigns. Events & Field Marketing:
Lead event strategy focused on demand generation and brand positioning at trade shows, conferences, distributor gatherings, and webinars. Maximize lead generation through pre- and post-event plans. AI & Technology Integration:
Drive adoption of AI-powered tools to expand team capacity, including content generation, chatbots, predictive lead scoring, and campaign optimization. Build a modern marketing tech stack to support scale and efficiency. Team & Leadership:
Grow and lead a cross-functional marketing team, establish KPIs, and use analytics tools to track success. Act as a strategic partner to the CRO, contributing to GTM planning, sales forecasting, and investment decisions. Qualifications:
10+ years of marketing leadership experience with expertise in digital, e-commerce, and multi-channel B2B GTM. Proven success in generating leads, pipeline, and revenue across various sales motions. Experience managing end-to-end ABM programs and aligning them with sales and product strategies. Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in marketing technology innovation. Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (preferably HubSpot), and content management systems. Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Background in safety, industrial, hardware, or regulatory products. Experience with distributor programs, co-marketing, and field sales enablement. Experience launching AI tools or building AI-augmented workflows. What You'll Gain:
