The Creative Design Lead is a creative and detail-oriented team member responsible for developing eye-catching visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in graphic design, branding, and digital media, with a strong ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling designs. Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, presentations, and website visuals. Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop visual concepts that enhance campaigns and promotions. Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and marketing materials. Create engaging infographics, animations, and other visual content for digital and print media. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and branding guidelines. Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, composition, and typography. Knowledge of brand consistency and how to apply brand guidelines across various media. Understanding of how design impacts marketing campaigns and customer engagement. Familiarity with print specifications, file preparation, and digital media requirements. Awareness of current social media design trends and best practices for different platforms. Knowledge of visual communication in advertising, including display ads, billboards, and promotional materials. Work effectively with marketers, content creators, and stakeholders. Time management skills with ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. ensuring high-quality design output with accurate specifications.
