Responsibilities:
Guide concept, design and asset delivery for marketing campaigns across digital platforms (mobile, web, tablet, etc)Oversee and guide creative development across copy and designPartner with creative leads, copywriters, producers, and strategists to ensure creative supports business objectivesPresentation of work and creative strategy to senior execsTime management across multiple projectsAbility to manage and mentor a team of Designers, Copywriters and Art Directors
Required Qualifications:
5 - 7 years minimum advertising agency or in-house agency digital experienceBachelor Degree in design, art direction, art, communications, marketing or equivalent experienceStrong digital portfolioKnowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe the Creative SuiteExperienced in working with supplied keyartKnowledge of page layout in FigmaStrong typography skills, composition skills and color senseUnderstanding of technical limitations and emerging technologiesFlourishes in a lively, fast-paced environment under tight deadlinesHighly organized and be able to juggle multiple projectsStrong verbal communication skills necessary to effectively communicate concepts and solutions.Proven experience leading a team of copywriters and designersTelecomm experience a plusExperience with AfterEffects, 3D and video a plus
