Studio Manager – Perspire Sauna Studio – Peachtree Corners
Perspire Sauna Studio is on a mission to help people feel better, live well, and unlock the powerful benefits of infrared sauna, red light, and contrast therapy — all within a spa-like, welcoming environment.
We’re seeking a full-time Studio Manager to lead our team at Perspire Sauna Studio – Peachtree Corners. If you’re a confident, self-motivated leader who’s passionate about wellness and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the Team: Set the tone for performance, accountability, and team culture. You’ll coach, train, and inspire team members to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Driving Sales & Membership Growth: Own the studio’s performance by leading with energy, urgency, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Delivering Top-Tier Service: Be on the floor, interacting with guests and ensuring our service standards are upheld across every shift.
- Managing Operations: Oversee day-to-day studio operations including inventory, scheduling, cleanliness, and process compliance.
- Creating a Culture of Excellence: Model the brand’s values, hold high standards, and foster a fun, focused, and professional work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading a high-performing team in a sales-driven, customer-focused environment.
- A natural coach with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to lead by example.
- A high level of organizational and operational excellence — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
