This role is ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling, understands how to amplify content across multiple channels, and wants to build a brand without relying on heavy ad spend. Youll play a key role in shaping BeyondWills voice through social media, podcasts, conferences, and sales collateral. Like all of our team members, you should be passionate about the need for accessible estate planning to everyone in the U.S. Key qualities:Creative storyteller: You know how to craft engaging, insightful content that connects with our audienceStrategic thinker: You understand how to distribute and repurpose content to maximize impactDetail-oriented editor: You can ensure all external communications are polished and professionalGrowth focused: You can develop and execute marketing strategies to expand BeyondWills reachProactive & collaborative: You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work well across teamsQualifications & skills:Experience: 3-5 years in content marketing, social media management, or brand strategy (preferably in SaaS, fintech, legal tech, or estate planning)Content creation: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for social media, blogs, and sales collateralPodcast production: Experience developing, hosting, or marketing a podcastMarketing strategy: Ability to plan and execute marketing efforts around content, podcasts, and conferencesSocial media savvy: Hands-on experience managing company social channels and driving engagementEditing & proofreading: Exceptional attention to detail for refining external communicationsIndustry knowledge (preferred): Familiarity with estate planning, financial services, or legal tech is a plusWhat youll do Lead and execute organic marketing initiativesbuilding brand awareness without heavy reliance on ads.Create & distribute high-value content, with a focus on social media, blogs, and thought leadership.Develop and launch BeyondWills company podcast as a core brand-building tool.Build a podcast marketing strategy, including securing guest spots for our leadership team on industry podcasts.Develop a conference marketing plan, positioning BeyondWill at key industry events.Create & refine sales and marketing collateral to support outbound sales efforts.Proofread & edit all external communications to ensure brand consistency and clarity.Position detailsThis position is located in Covington, KY with an option for some hybrid or remote work.
