Senior Designer – Packaging & Art Direction
About:
Fast-growing Skincare company seeking a Senior Designer to lead packaging design and art direction for photoshoots, shaping the brand's visual identity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead 360° creative campaigns across all channels.
- Evolve brand identity and maintain cohesive look and feel.
- Create design presentations and mockups.
- Ensure designs meet technical requirements.
- Oversee packaging production.
- Develop creative concepts for photography.
- Lead on-set art direction.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in brand/marketing design within DTC/eCommerce, cosmeceutical, retail, or skincare.
- Expertise in campaign design, email, paid social, packaging, web.
- Art direction experience for photoshoots.
- Portfolio showcasing packaging design, brand identity, and art direction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of print production and packaging materials.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury CPG brands preferred.
- Must live in the Los Angeles Metro or surrounding area.
- Ability to commute to work once per week and direct onsite photo shoots.
