Participate in design-driven programs to define insights, create solutions, and advocate for client needs. Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments. Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions. Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals. Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships. Stay current on trends, theories, methods, and processes.
