The Sr. Product Manager will support the development and lead the execution of unbranded marketing initiatives for the endocrine division and contribute to the pre-launch & launch initiatives for the expansion of the franchise in late 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of disease state education initiatives to raise awareness of hypercortisolism among key provider & patient audiences.
- Manage content development for unbranded content, including digital, field and conference resources.
- Work cross-functionally and partner with different stakeholders to deliver on impactful projects.
- Develop and deliver presentations to a range of internal (sales, cross-functional colleagues, etc.) and external audiences (agency partners).
- Work closely with the promotional review committee to manage content approvals, timelines, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Oversee agency relationships and ensure that performance and spends are optimized.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:
- Ability to influence multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong speaker bureau management experience.
- Scientific/medical aptitude and experience.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products.
- Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies.
- The position will be based in Redwood City/Bay Area; remote candidates with ample experience and expertise will also be considered.
- Travel approximately 20% of the time.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (scientific or business background preferred); Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience.
- 3 years’ experience in brand management.
- Endocrinology and/or rare disease experience is a plus.
The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $174,700 - $205,600; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
