Position: Vice President of Global Marketing Come join a fantastic team! We seek a visionary and strategic Vice President of Global Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives, differentiate our brand, and drive sustainable growth across all regions through innovative strategies and aligned execution. Reporting to the SVP of Commercial Operations, you will manage a global marketing organization within our international commercial team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and execute our company strategy aligned with our Vision & Mission, emphasizing innovation in global marketing initiatives. Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging and build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance market presence and reputation. Identify new opportunities for profitable market share growth and sustainable competitive advantage. Oversee digital marketing efforts using our LSIG platform, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing. Build, mentor, and lead a diverse, high-performing global marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and excellence. Drive regional marketing strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion, collaborating with regional commercial teams. Manage the global marketing budget effectively. Contribute to M&A due diligence and integration efforts aligned with divisional strategies. YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related; MBA or biology/biochemistry degree preferred. 15+ years of senior leadership experience in Life Sciences, with successful global marketing strategy execution. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies. Ability to inspire teams with a clear vision and strategy. Experience in organizational transformation, change management, and strategic decision-making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership in matrixed environments and managing complex priorities. Experience with lean/continuous improvement, M&A, and joint ventures. This role requires 30-40% global travel.
