Lead OSINT Strategic Communications Manager . This pivotal role supports the Department of Defense's (DoD) OSINT mission through the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) at various locations including Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; DIA HQ; or Cocoa Beach, FL. You will oversee contractors dedicated to enhancing DIA/OSIC's OSINT production, contributing to the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The multifaceted Leidos effort encompasses collecting and reporting, IT architecture, governance, strategic communications, and specialized training development support. As the OSINT Strategic Communications Manager, you will lead a team of contractors, collaborating closely with DIA/OSIC’s Government Team, while representing Leidos to DIA Government Staff overseeing these initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for the Government, providing leadership and guidance for the OSINT Strategic Communications Support Team.
Ensure the quality and efficiency of team operations.
Represent Leidos to Government staff effectively.
Oversee the timely delivery of contractually required programmatic artifacts.
Optimize team resources to enhance overall mission efficiency and efficacy.
Lead the team in designing, developing, and refining strategic communications plans, creating engaging content for digital platforms, and collaborating with Government Teams to reach communication objectives.
Clearance Required: Active TS clearance with the eligibility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education: Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience in strategic communications, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education: Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with the Defense Open Source Council.
Experience working in a dynamic environment as part of a diverse, collaborative, and geographically dispersed team.
