About Zyscovich Zyscovich Architects is a nationally renowned integrated Urban Design, Architecture, and Interior Design firm headquartered in Miami, with additional locations in New York City, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Boston. Zyscovich's 46-year portfolio includes aviation, mixed-use, multi-family, hospitality, retail, education, and commercial facilities.
The Interior Designer’s Main Responsibilities Will Include
Developing and updating drawings, presentations, and renderings as assigned.
Providing support to senior designers, team, and helping to address client requests, project deadlines, and inquiries.
Assisting in creating presentation materials and boards for client presentations.
Preparing interior drawings across all phases of design (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents).
Researching and applying building codes to projects.
Collaborating with team members, including Project Managers, Architects, Construction Administration Members, and vendors, to coordinate design implementation and ensure project success.
Assisting with the development of interior concepts.
Utilizing creative thinking to develop innovative solutions.
Conducting research to support interior design projects.
Scheduling updates with vendors and maintaining the finish library.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in projects such as workspace, hospitality, institutional, commercial, governmental, retail, or mixed-use projects.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
