Commitment to a robust email personalization testing program is a key strategy in growing and retaining our customers successfully. This role will continue to drive success in our trigger marketing programs across email and app. In a highly cross-functional role, you will work with external vendors and internal team members from varying teams including: Marketing, Retail, Product Management, Data Science, and Brand Creative to deliver the best-in-class customer experience across eCommerce and retail. This individual will report to the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager. About the JobTriggers Support Marketing Manager in ideation, execution, and analysis of testing roadmap.Develop an A/B testing strategy for content across trigger programs.Own test launches and day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns with internal partners and external vendor. This includes: creative briefing, documentation, feedback, production, and QA.Bring personalized experiences to life across all email strategies by being the business leader when collaborating with product, data science, and vendor partners.Launch/make changes to applicable trigger programs based on ecomm promo strategy.Email Manage hands-on email coding, campaign setup, QA, and proofing within our emailplatform (Cordial), including audience definition, content creation and campaign deployment for Adhoc promotional email campaigns.Resize and modify graphics/images used within email templatesSupport Canada email strategy, testing roadmap, and analysis of performance.Reporting Own weekly, monthly, quarterly performance insights for triggers and CA email channel.Be able to make recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.Conduct periodic competitive research of best-in-class automation messaging strategies.About YouEducation: BS/BA in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.Knowledge and experience with HTML and content management tools preferred.1-2 years of previous experience preferably in a B2C marketing or a similar role.Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates excellent follow-through.Excellent project management skills with precise attention to detail and natural curiosity.Ability to work under pressure, agile, thrives under a fast-paced environment.Fearless - willing to test new and crazy ideas in a channel.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Must have an understanding of B2C customer journey from top to bottom of marketing funnel.Experience using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, a plus) or desite to learn this tool.Experience with email marketing tools (preferred: Cordial, Movable Ink)Experience with content management systems.This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.The expected starting salary range for this role is $52,600- $70,100 per yearWe may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
