Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Producer, located in Tampa, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Producer will focus on selling insurance products and services to individuals, families, and businesses. Daily tasks include prospecting and meeting with potential clients, providing customer service, and educating clients on insurance options and employee benefits. The role also involves maintaining client records and following up on sales leads to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Insurance Sales and Insurance experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and remote)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
• State insurance license is required
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and goals
