The Associate Community Manager is responsible for effectively marketing the community and ensuring the leasing targets are achieved. The Associate Community Manager places our prospects' and residents’ needs, requests, and follow-up as a top priority. The Associate Community Manager should always maintain a level of professionalism and courtesy. Reports to: Community Manager. Direct Reports: None. Responsibilities include Leasing & Marketing such as preparing marketing plans, monitoring leasing reports, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws, data entry in Entrata, projecting a favorable image, generating leads, conducting tours, maintaining the model, and social media updates. General Administration duties include confidentiality, attending meetings, adhering to policies, maintaining a professional environment, reporting time, understanding lease documents, participating in move-in/out activities, managing time, and assisting in corporate projects. Financial Management involves maximizing revenue and occupancy, operating within budget, and personnel training. Customer Service includes understanding and exceeding expectations of residents and clients, communication, newsletter distribution, conflict resolution, and retention programs. Facilities duties involve assisting in turn plans, property inspections, and maintenance issue identification. Risk Control includes enforcing safety policies, documenting violations, reporting risks, preparing incident reports, and handling emergencies.
