Compensation and Benefits:The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. Additionally, this position offers a commission structure based on sales and business accomplishments. Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of the fitness & wellness studio, including staff scheduling, member services, and facility maintenance- Develop and maintain relationships with members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention- Implement sales strategies to increase membership and personal training sales- Plan and conduct organic lead generation activities around the community, such as at local events, races, etc.- Build and foster co-marketing partnerships with other nearby wellness businesses- Hire, train, and supervise a team of fitness coaches, trainers and estheticians- Create a positive and motivating atmosphere in the studio to ensure a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction- Monitor financials and expenses to ensure profitability and make adjustments as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for business growth- Collaborate with other managers and the corporate team to execute company-wide initiatives and promotions- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and clean environment for employees and members
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, Fitness Management, or related wellness field (or equivalent experience)- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fitness or wellness management role- Passion for health and fitness with a strong knowledge of exercise principles and training techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth, and generating organic lead generation activities- Proficient in Google, Microsoft Office and fitness industry software systems- Ability to lead and motivate a team and work in a fast-paced environment- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed- Have a growth mindset and desire to continually learn
