What Youll Do
As Studio Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day studio operationsensure smooth execution of classes, member services, and team efficiency.
- Drive membership growthlead a high-performing sales team, create community engagement initiatives, and develop outreach strategies.
- Manage & develop staffrecruit, train, and schedule sales associates while fostering a positive and goal-driven team culture.
- Create a thriving communitycoordinate events, engage with members, and deliver a top-tier fitness experience that keeps people coming back.
- Be the face of OTF South Lyonsupport marketing efforts, social media, and local partnerships to expand brand reach and studio awareness.
- Lead from the frontcoach a minimum of 10-15 classes per week, delivering high-energy, science-backed workouts that drive results.
- Develop & mentorhire, train, and oversee a team of fitness professionals, ensuring they uphold OTFs standards of coaching and engagement.
- Create an exceptional member experiencebuild meaningful relationships, foster a welcoming and motivating atmosphere, and help members set and achieve their fitness goals.
- Ensure consistency & qualityexecute high-level class experiences, maintain equipment knowledge, and oversee the effectiveness of heart rate-based interval training.
- Monitor & analyze performancetrack member results, coach effectiveness, and class engagement to continuously elevate the in-studio experience.
- A natural leader with strong communication and motivational skills.

- A fitness expert who understands strength and heart rate-based training (group coaching experience preferred).
- A sales-minded problem solver who can strategize to grow and retain memberships.
- A community builder who fosters strong relationships with members, staff, and the local area.
- Fitness Certification (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NSCA) + Current CPR/AED certification
- Proven leadership experience in coaching, fitness, or studio management (minimum 2 years)
- Strong sales and customer service background (experience in a sales-driven fitness environment preferred)
- Bachelors degree in business, fitness, or a related field (preferred)
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media engagement
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
