Responsibilities
- The Recruitment Content Marketer is primarily responsible for implementing and managing the Recruitment marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and an increased applicant pool using a multi-channel approach in both paid and organic activities
- This role utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of the Recruitment team to further Life.Church's mission and to reach people for Christ
- Drive traffic through paid and organic user acquisition through various channels such as Google's universal ad campaigns, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and third-party ad networks
- Collaborate with Creative Media to assist with the design and implementation of multimedia assets for projects
- Lead through the design and maintenance of the Careers website
- Manage and develop a focused social media marketing strategy to increase traffic, visibility, and engagement on all Careers social platforms
- Engage with the community through comments and replies using Life.Church's brand voice
- Define the key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement analytics and reporting methods to measure success, including cost, reach, and quality
- Audit platforms monthly to stay current with emerging updates and changes as needed
- Support Interview Events and projects as needed
