Overview
Our client, the leading career site used around the globe to help people and companies with their recruiting efforts is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist. You will support and execute marketing communications that enhance the customer experience across the buyer journey. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, operations, and analytics to manage and execute high-performing email campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with experience in marketing automation, email campaign strategy, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support lifecycle strategies for product launches and growth initiatives.
* Lead campaign audits and recommend optimizations to improve performance.
* Develop and execute email campaigns including audience segmentation, QA/testing, scheduling, localization, and reporting.
* Manage project workflows and timelines, ensuring campaigns launch on time and align with brand and business goals.
* Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and identify areas for improvement.
* Maintain and improve documentation and campaign processes.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years experience managing marketing campaigns via email and automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, MailChimp).
* Skilled in developing multivariate and automated campaigns.
* Strong understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy and best practices.
* Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with tools such as Litmus, SendGrid, Airtable, JIRA, or Asana.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
* Experience in B2B marketing or global/multilingual campaigns is a plus.
* Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
