About Seed Global Health
At Seed Global Health, we believe people are the leading lever of change in our health systems. We cannot fundamentally improve and change health outcomes without investing in frontline health care workers themselves — the physicians, nurses, and midwives who deliver interventions, treat patients, and lead change from within. Since 2013, Seed has been challenging the status quo, partnering deeply with Ministries of Health, public health facilities, and health educational institutions across Malawi, Sierra Leone, Uganda, and Zambia to improve quality of care. Seed provides high-quality technical assistance to our partners, building the professional health workforce to ensure a pipeline of well-equipped leaders who can strengthen health systems locally, nationally and regionally. To date, Seed’s work has strengthened the skills and knowledge of more than 47,000 pre-service and in-service professional health workers globally in public health facilities serving more than 76 million people across the African continent.
