Job Details
Title: Community Manager
Reports To: Regional Property Manager
Supervises: On-site personnel
Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws.
- Manage leasing processes and resident relations.
- Oversee financial activities and property inspections.
- Handle staffing, security, and maintenance coordination.
- Prepare financial reports and participate in budgeting.
- Attend corporate meetings and manage invoices.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Supervisory experience in customer service preferred.
- Fair Housing Certification.
- Valid Driver’s License (if operating vehicle).
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to perform physical activities such as walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends.
