Role Summary
The Event Day Attendant reports to the Office Manager and assists with event day duties to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Functions
- Assist employees with clocking in and out.
- Direct employees, temporary workers, and NPOs to their assigned locations.
- Launder, organize, and distribute uniforms; collect uniforms at the end of events.
- Set up and break down check-in areas, employee meals, and other designated areas.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by all associates.
- Support additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to work long hours with standing, walking, and lifting.
- Remain calm under stressful situations.
- Maintain positive body language and provide excellent guest service.
- Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective listening and ability to follow supervisor’s instructions.
