Insight Global is looking an Information Technology Communications Analyst to join the PMO team of one of their Global customers within the Automotive Manufacturing industry. This person will be responsible for the maintenance and global delivery of all Information Technology communication output, both internally and externally. This resource will create and deliver emails, newsletters, and other IT based publications. They will also be responsible for the design and maintenance of the IT intranet site. Specific Responsibilities: •Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic •Copy, edit, proofread, and revise proposed internal communications •Design board level communication materials •Create, deploy and maintain Global Information Technology Team internal and external site design and operation within the SharePoint 2013 environment •Partner with Corporate Communications function to ensure adherence to defined communication guidelines •Plan and deliver education courses and materials in coordination and conjunction with the Information Security function •Develop fresh communication strategies and campaigns •Coordinates with other functions (IT, Legal, HR, Finance, etc.) to solicit content suggestions and requirements for training, awareness or communications to Tennecos global employees All other duties as assigned by manager

Compensation: $40/hr to $45/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience •Bachelors degree •Must have general understanding of information technology themes, threats, and industry standards •Expert work knowledge using Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint •Experience in developing and maintaining intranet sites using SharePoint as a Designer SharePoint Modern SharePoint Designer SharePoint 13 •Extensive experience working with & supporting high level stakeholders in IT Excellent communication & soft skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

5 years+ experience in PR, marketing, communications, project management, or similar experience
