5centsCDN is looking for a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of a suite of digital products and improve the user experience for our customers. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering, collaborating on best-in-class visual experiences across all our customer-facing channels. Beyond technical skills, we seek a person who can handle diverse and evolving requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Create design concepts and drawings to determine optimal products.
• Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming.
• Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers.
• Develop functional prototypes based on design concepts.
• Research product technologies and structures to inform design concepts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
• Coordinate with designers to ensure clear communication and efficiency during the design process.
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design specifications are implemented to enhance platforms.
• Follow a user-centric design process from research and strategy through to information architecture and visual design.
• Work closely with marketing to effectively communicate our brand story and showcase products to new users through various channels.
• Develop brand visual assets and maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently to meet tight deadlines and maximize productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer in an agency or product company.
• Proven ability as a visual storyteller, simplifying complex business problems into engaging products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design work and case studies illustrating your methodology.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
• Experience in eCommerce, product, or SaaS environments, either agency or client-side.
• A passion for content creation, such as illustration, copywriting, photography, or public speaking.
